Cholatse Peak
Cholatse Peak is a challenging mountain in the Khumbu region of the Himalayas, Nepal. Cholatse Peak is situated in the Everest region, near the popular trekking trail to Everest Base Camp. Cholatse has an elevation of 6,440 meters (21,129 feet) above sea level. Climbing Cholatse Peak is considered a highly technical and demanding mountaineering challenge. It requires advanced climbing skills, including rock and ice climbing, and is not recommended for beginners.
